Quality is of the highest importance to Precision Products and our customers. Piston rings are sacrificial components at the very heart of a powerful and expensive machine. They are difficult to see without time consuming maintenance procedures. It is therefore our objective to produce piston rings which have a longer life and that help reduce wear of the surrounding components such as the cylinder liner.

Poor quality piston rings will always bear a price much greater than any small difference in cost. This caused by increased oil-lube consumption, decrease in power and increase in fuel oil consumption together with increased wear of the surrounding components.

In addition, with poor quality piston rings there is the added risk of catastrophic failure leading to expensive downtime.

Quality permeates through every part of our business. The final product is the visible element, but quality also encompasses the recruitment and training of our personnel, maintenance of quoted delivery times and a positive attitude towards meeting our customers requirements.
